Shipping and delivery:
Free shipping to all our UK customers only and will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Orders made few days before, on or after public holidays such as bank holidays, Christmas holidays and new years, delivery may take longer than expected.
For all our international customers the shipping charges will be calculated during checkout depending on the weight and quantity of your order. Orders will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days, may vary depending on the destination. Orders made few days before, on or after public holidays such as bank holidays, Christmas holidays and new years, delivery may take longer than expected.
Any custom charges or VAT will be covered by the customers.
Store Policies
Cancellation Policy:
If a change of mind occurs after placing an order, please cancel your order within 48hrs from the time you placed the order by emailing Vostiqueltd@gmail.com, with your name and reference given, before the order is shipped. Only if the order is cancelled before shipping, we will refund the entire amount.
Customised sarees or products cannot be returned or refunded.
Return policy:
We won't accept returns unless we have sent you a damaged or wrong product to you. The products are thoroughly checked before it is sent to our customers. Products bought during sale are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Shipping and other charges are non-refundable, the amount refund to you will only be for the product, not the shipping and other charges.
In-case you want to return the product, the shipping, custom and any other charges will be covered by the customer. The item must be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn or unused, with its original product tags and in its original packaging, all intact when you courier it back to us.
Customised sarees or products cannot be returned or refunded.
Disclaimer Policy:
There will be a colour variation due to the location, lighting and device used to take the images.
